Description Vacuum Pack Machine
This vacuum pack machine is an asset in any professional kitchen. It is ideally suited to kitchens looking to store food for longer periods of time. Thanks to the vacuum bags measuring up to 40 x 50cm, you can store larger quantities of food safely. The airtight, transparent bags make it easy to see immediately what is inside. Packed products can be stored in the fridge or freezer, helping save space. This tabletop model fits on any countertop or table.
Simple operation
The user-friendly control panel on the front of the packaging machine allows you to set the sealing time, the sealing temperature, the vacuum pressure and the cooling time. The operation of the appliance is simple. Put the products to be sealed in a vacuum bag. Then place the bag in the packaging machine with the opening on the sealing bar. Set the right values on the control panel and close the lid. In moments you have have a compact package ready to be stored. This machine is delivered already filled with oil. In the service package that come with your order, you'll find vacuuming oil, lubricant and other accessories to maintain the packaging machine. It is advised that you change the oil at least twice a year.
Easy cleaning
Both the housing and the inside of the packaging machine are made from stainless steel. This makes it both sturdy and very easy to clean. A damp cloth, water and a mild detergent are enough to make sure it is cleaned thoroughly. Simply wipe all the surfaces down. Be sure not to hold the machine under a tap. After cleaning, dry all parts with a soft cloth.
