For making a large number of sausages quickly, use this professional sausage stuffer with a filling capacity of 10 litres. This way, you won't have to deal with the hassle of making sausages manually. If you don't have a lot of space on your counter, then this vertical model is a great solution. When you order this robust sausage stuffer, you receive four filling tubes of different sizes: 16, 22, 32 and 38mm. Thanks to the hole in the pressure plate, very little air enters the casing during the process. Furthermore, the pressure plate is nicely closed with a seal. Fast sausage making is possible at two different speeds and, thanks to the manual crank, you keep control of the entire filling process.

Simple and controlled sausage-making

Before you start making sausages, you need to choose the right filling tube. The thicker the tube, the thicker the sausages that will come out of the sausage filler. Tilt the reservoir and place all ingredients inside. Slide the casing or artificial casing over the filling tube and turn the crank to fill. It is important that you hold the casing firmly and that no air gets into the sausage. It is also advisable not to fill too tightly, otherwise the sausage will not be able to be formed properly.

Easy to clean in the dishwasher

Regular cleaning is a must as there is always a risk of leftover residue in the reservoir, pressure plate or filling tube. Most stainless steel parts can be removed from the sausage stuffer for cleaning in the dishwasher. For the pressure plate, use a damp cloth and some disinfectant. After cleaning, the sausage stuffer can be reassembled for the next use. In addition, the sausage stuffer is equipped with four rubber feet so that it can be placed without slipping.
