This commercial descaler is for professional use only. It can be usee for descaling all kinds of commercial catering equipment, such as coffee machines, bain maries, dishwashers, kettles and tanks. The ingredients in this product help to effectively remove limescale.
Faster results at higher temperatures
If you want to descale your dishwasher, coffee machine or other kitchen appliance, a solution of 30 to 40ml per litre of hot or cold water is usually sufficient. If a higher temperature water is used – between 60 and 80°C – this will give a faster result. However, it's important to avoid prolonged heating at higher temperatures (more than four hours) as this can cause decomposition of the product.
Safer and less corrosive
This professional descaler contains phosphoric and nitric acid, making it safer and less corrosive than products with hydrochloric or sulphuric acid. It also contains a component that protects metals. There is almost no damage to aluminium parts when using this descaler.
Caution: the descaler is an aggressive professional agent. Be careful with rubber seals and soft plastic connections.
