With Maxima's new juicer machines, extracting fresh juice from fruits and vegetables has never been easier! Whether you use fresh juice for smoothies, to sell to customers or use it in your cooking, these juicer machines are a must-have for any professional kitchen.

The use of high-quality juice extractors and slow juicers is important for businesses aiming to offer fresh, nutritious beverages. Juice machines work at high speeds, rapidly breaking down fruits and vegetables to extract juice, which is ideal for busy environments requiring quick service.

On the other hand, slow juicers, also known as cold-press juicers, operate at lower speeds, preserving more nutrients and enzymes, yielding juice with a richer flavour and deeper colour. This makes them highly valued in establishments focusing on quality and health-conscious offerings.

What are the features of Maxima’s juicer machines?

Maxima juice machines are equipped with two speeds, 3000 and 7200 RPM. Additionally, they have the following features:

  • Convenient tap for dispensing juice
  • Stainless steel filter for easy cleaning
  • Separate containers for pulp and juice
  • Relatively quiet machine at 70dB
  • Plastic housing for easy cleaning

For which catering establishments are Maxima juicing machines suitable?

Because a juicer can also process vegetables, they are suitable for kitchens in many different catering establishments. For example, restaurants may use fresh vegetable or fruit juice in their sauces, marinades or desserts.

Additionally, bars and cafes can create delicious smoothies or cocktails using freshly squeezed juice. For this reason, having a powerful commercial blender is also handy. Fruit juices are also often found on the breakfast menus of hotels and restaurants as standard.

Catering companies where you can find a Maxima juicer include:

  • Health clubs
  • Sports and fitness schools
  • Healthy takeaway restaurants
  • Cafes and restaurants
  • Sports canteens
  • Supermarkets

What are the benefits of using a Maxima juice machine?

Utilising a commercial juicer machine in a business setting has numerous benefits. Firstly, it ensures the provision of fresh, nutrient-rich beverages, offering a healthy alternative to processed drinks.

These machines are also designed for efficiency and durability, capable of handling large volumes of produce which saves time during peak business hours. They also contribute to reducing waste by maximising juice extraction, ensuring every piece of fruit or vegetable is utilised effectively.

Additionally, offering freshly squeezed juices can enhance an establishment's menu variety and appeal to health-conscious consumers, potentially increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What fruit and vegetables can I use in a Maxima juicer machine?

Selecting the right fruits and vegetables for juicing is crucial for maximising flavour and nutritional benefits. Soft fruits like oranges, lemons and watermelon, are ideal for juicing, providing high levels of vitamin C and refreshing flavours.

Apples and pears also work well, offering a sweet base for any juice. For vegetables, leafy greens such as spinach and kale are excellent choices due to their high mineral and antioxidant content. Root vegetables like carrots and beetroots are not only nutritious but also add vibrant colour and earthy sweetness to juices.

Combining these fruits and vegetables can create delicious, health-boosting beverages that appeal to a wide range of customers.

Maxima also sells various orange juicers and presses that can produce multiple glasses of juice quickly and easily.

How to clean a juicer machine

Maxima’s juicer machines have a stainless steel filter which should be cleaned after every use. First, switch off the machine and remove the filter. You can remove the food residue with a piece kitchen towel and easily rinse the filter under the tap with the brush that is included.

Remove the tap and waste container, discard the food scraps and clean them with soapy water. The plastic housing is easy to clean with a damp cloth. Reassemble the tap, waste container and filter and store the machine.
