We do not have a minimum order quantity. Palletized orders are shipped via our logistics partner Dachser International, while smaller items are shipped via DPD. Delivery times are based on averages and are generally accurate but not precise.
The warranty period is one year for spare parts, excluding wear and tear. For issues like (transport) damage, please contact us first for assistance.
Our technical staff is available for technical advice when needed. We have the most common spare parts for our equipment available from stock.

Pallet Delivery means we organise transport for you with our logistics partner. Orders with the option of Pallet Delivery are usually shipped 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information. All Pallet Deliveries are ensured for missing items or transport damage.
Ex Warehouse means you organise transport to collect your orders from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Our logistics partner works with time slots and you must book collections via cargoclix.com.
