This four-burner heavy duty gas cooker is specially designed for use in large kitchens. The highly durable construction means that this cooker can take a beating and has a long life. The pan supports are made from heavy duty cast iron and the top is fully welded seamlessly. Thanks to the chrome burners, this gas cooker delivers the best performance in cooking. You can place this gas cooker in a cooking line.
Including gas oven
Besides the four burners, this gas cooker has a built-in gas oven. The oven chamber is made entirely from stainless steel, just like the oven door which has a thickness of 4cm. Inside the oven, there is a chrome rack with three levels on which you can place 2/1 GN trays. Both the oven and the gas burners can be set to temperatures between 100 and 300ºC. Furthermore, the gas cooker has a pilot light and a gas safety valve with thermocouple. You can cook with it on LPG or natural gas. The gas cooker works on three phase current.
Equipped with adjustable feet
The gas cooker is easy to clean thanks to its stainless steel casing and other parts. A damp cloth and mild detergent can be used to quickly clean the smooth surfaces and burners. This powerful gas cooker has adjustable feet so that it can be placed on any surface. The oven gives either top heat, bottom heat or both top and bottom heat.
