To keep plenty of food items at the right temperature, it's a good idea to use a professional heated food display. This heated food display offers space for 2 x 1/2 GN trays. Although these trays are not included, they can easily be ordered separately. They are ideal for many kinds of foods, such as rice, potatoes, meat, vegetables and even fish. Thanks to the open front, this heated food display is very suitable for use in a self-service restaurant or in a company canteen. The other sides are closed with glass giving the display a luxurious look.

Precision temperature control

The inside of this heated food display has built-in lighting that offers a clear view of the products. The top is fitted with a protective glass panel for added hygiene. To set the temperature, you can simply use the digital temperature controller. A precise temperature can be set within the range from 30 to 90ºC. Thanks to the non-slip rubber feet, this heated food display remains sturdy and stable in place.

Easy to clean

Before cleaning this heated food display, it is important to first switch it off and unplug it from the wall socket. Use a damp cloth and a mild detergent to clean the inside. You can also clean the outside in the same way. Make sure you do not to use too much water to prevent condensation after turning the appliance back on. When you have finished with cleaning, take a soft cloth and wipe everything dry before putting the heated food display back into use.
