Before you can begin cooking, first you need to do the food preparation. Cutting and slicing fruit and vegetables by hand can take a lot of time. With this professional vegetable slicer, quickly and efficiently cut slices, cubes, chips or julienne. Thanks to the different cutting discs that come with the machine, you can slice almost any item exactly the way you need it. The slicer comes standard with cutting discs of 2 and 4mm, and three graters of 3, 4 and 7mm. Additional accessories available on our store combine to create any combination you need. To make cubes, the cubing knife can be added alongside a standard cutting disc of the same size. This is also possible, for example, to cut fries with the french fry knives.

Compact table model

Care must be taken when working with slicers. For larger items, you can use the lever feedthrough. A safety device is built into the handle to prevent accidents. Small and long products are easy to cut with the pusher. The lid is equipped with a safety switch. The vegetable slicer works at one speed of 270RPM so you can cut anywhere between 50 and 450kg of fruit or vegetables within an hour. Thanks to its compact size, this vegetable slicer is ideal for use on the counter or table.

Easy to clean

For good hygiene, any appliances that come into contact with food must be cleaned thoroughly. The robust, aluminium housing is easy to clean with a damp cloth and some mild detergent. The loose parts of the machine can be cleaned in warm, soapy water. Be sure to dry everything thoroughly after washing and rub the cutting discs with a little vegetable oil to keep them well maintained.
