Flavours and vitamins are retained for longer by food prepared on a grill plate. This grill plate is designed to distribute heat evenly so that the tastiest meat and fish dishes come out of the grill perfectly cooked. In addition, the grill plate has a large drainage hole for easy handling. Grease can be collected in the 1 litre collection tray provided.

Thanks to its independent cooking zones, this gas grill is efficient to use. Stainless steel splash guards installed on the back and sides of the griddle prevent oil splatters. The temperature regulator allows you to set temperatures between 50ºC and 300ºC. This professional grill is easy to use. Simply switch on the appliance using the on button, grease the grill surface and wait until the right temperature has been reached before placing your products on the plate.
Made entirely from stainless steel
As this gas griddle is made from stainless steel, it is easy to clean. Coarse debris can be easily removed with a brush or scraper. Stubborn dirt? Heat the appliance to 75°C and pour a little water on the grill surface. Put on gloves and clean the grill surface. Then wipe everything down with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Thanks to the rubber feet, this professional grill stands firm and stable during use.
