In addition, grilling is a healthier way of cooking because you don't need to use much fat or oil. The griddle can be placed on its own on a counter or on a stainless steel base. You can choose between either an open base or one with a door, which are easy to order via our website.
Suitable for placement in a cooking line
With this robust griddle, you grill food on a smooth, 15mm hardened stainless steel plate with a satin finish. The grill plate is nicely set into a watertight recess. A practical 1,5 litre drip tray and splashguard prevent oil spills and make this griddle safe to work with. Temperatures can be set between 50 and 300ºC with the safety thermostat. If you work with a cooking line in your kitchen, this grill fits in perfectly.
Easy to clean
Cleaning this professional griddle is no problem at all. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and removable drip tray, all parts can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Use a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. Coarse food residues are best removed with a scraper. To remove stubborn dirt, heat the grill to 70ºC and wipe the surface clean with a cloth. Wear gloves for safe handling.
