You can easily calculate the shipping costs by adding products to your shopping cart. The exact shipping costs are clearly shown in your cart. Delivery is free for orders of €100 or more, excluding VAT.*
The expected delivery time is listed with each product.

*Please note: Free shipping applies to end users and excludes resellers.

About your delivery

The carrier is selected based on the delivery address and the size of your order:

Packages: DPD
Pallets: Dachser

Your order is carefully packed in our warehouse. Small or light goods are shipped as parcels, while large or heavy goods are transported on pallets. Your order is always shipped insured.

We deliver your order with care right to your doorstep and are happy to explore suitable delivery options with you. For large or heavy products, delivery is arranged to the ground floor to ensure a smooth and safe process.

If there are specific provisions, such as municipal regulations that affect the delivery location, please share these details when placing your order.

If the delivery location offers limited space for a pallet truck or if assistance is not available, we will arrange a new delivery appointment together.

Please check your order for completeness and any damage upon arrival. If something does not match your order, you can refuse the shipment at delivery. If you notice any defects or damage, let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it quickly.
