Own Technical Service
Maxima products are designed for long term professional use. Like all professional equipment, some parts may require maintenance over time to keep your appliance performing at its best.
By replacing parts on time and carrying out regular maintenance, you support smooth and reliable operation. If your appliance requires technical support, Maxima’s own technical service department and workshop are ready to assist you.
To maintain our quality standards, we work with our own mechanics. They know our appliances in detail and are happy to help with technical questions. If additional inspection is needed, the appliance can be sent to our workshop where our team will carry out the required service and maintenance.
Installation & Assembly
Most Maxima appliances are delivered plug and play, unless stated otherwise. In most cases, installation simply requires plugging in the appliance. Some appliances, such as dishwashers, also require a connection to a water supply or drain.
Most appliances arrive pre assembled as much as possible. In some cases, small parts still need to be assembled or fastened. These are simple steps that do not require technical knowledge or specialised tools.
Clearing trolleys, shelf trolleys and stainless steel work tables are delivered in a flat package and can usually be assembled within a few minutes using the included tools.

Repair Costs
Defect outside the warranty
If your appliance requires service outside the warranty period, repair costs may apply. We will always provide a cost estimate in advance and continue with the repair after your approval.
Defect within the warranty
If the defect is covered by the warranty, repair costs do not apply.
