The temperature of the burners can be set separately so you can choose whether the meat should be lightly grilled on the top or the other side, or grilled for longer. The shawarma grill is mostly used in shawarma shops and grillrooms, but it can also be used in food trucks, snack bars and restaurants. Because the grill skewer can be adjusted exactly, you will always get the best grilled meat. In addition, the skewer can turn either left or right.

Includes nozzles for natural gas

With this grill model, a reliable motor is located at the top of the appliance. At the bottom, a stainless steel drip tray is mounted, which can also be removed for easy cleaning. This gyros grill does not have stainless steel reflection screens on the sides. Because this doner kebab grill works on gas, you will receive standard nozzles for natural gas (20 - 25 mbar). The nozzles for LPG (propane/butane) supplied separately (30 - 50 mbar) in a plastic bag together with the instruction manual. Always engage a professional to carry out the conversion from natural gas to LPG. You can also order a kebab knife with your purchase in order to cut the grilled meat into wafer-thin slices.

Dishwasher safe parts

This professional shawarma grill is easy to clean. The housing, skewer and meat plate are made from stainless steel and can be easily cleaned with a soft cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. However, it is important that you let the appliance cool down and unplug it from the wall socket before you start cleaning. Separate parts can also be put in the dishwasher. Wipe all parts dry again with a soft cloth.
